Grace Academy Headmaster, McIntosh, publishes final book in trilogy

Grace Academy’s Headmaster, Dr. Mathew McIntosh, has published “Faith’s Fortune: The Assurance.” It is the final book in McIntosh’s “Faith’s Fortune” trilogy and is now available in digital and print.

Trout Are Coming to Grace Academy

Grace Academy’s sixth grade students will receive a hands-on learning experience through the Trout in the Classroom program. The trout eggs will be delivered to the classroom on Wednesday, December 14.

To ensure Winter Formal is an event that honors God even while we get dressed up and have fun together, we enforce the following dress requirements. Gentlemen, ladies who do not attend Grace Academy also must follow these dress requirements.

Updated Drop-off Procedure

Our Parent Safety Committee, led by Dr. McIntosh, has been working diligently to address and propose safer parking lot solutions during morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up times. With the current drop-off procedure, many young children and other people cross lanes of traffic, at times walking from behind rows of parked vehicles causing on-coming drivers to hit the brakes. The Committee has received other feedback about minor vehicular collisions, which we would like to avoid.

Social Media Safety

As a school and administration, we strive to be positive partners with you to instruct our students to lead lives that bring glory and honor to God. We know many, if not all, of our students have social media accounts, such as Facebook, Instagram and SnapChat, and we believe parents play a part in helping students use social media responsibly. There are many tools and apps available to help parents monitor and guide children's social media use, but here are a few guidelines for starters.

Grace Volleyball Dominates NACA Div. II

The Grace Academy girls varsity volleyball team competed in the three-day National Association of Christian Athletes (NACA) Invitational in Dayton, Tenn. among 50 total teams and earned the Division II NACA championship title.

Volunteer Background Check

Dear Grace Academy Volunteers, As our Administration continues to lead Grace Academy forward, all adult volunteers will be required to complete a National Background Check before volunteering in the building and helping with school-sanctioned events, effective November 1.
